Privacy Policy for Cirvie SSH

Last updated: May 20, 2026

Cirvie SSH is an Android SSH client provided by Cirvie. This policy explains how the app handles information when you use it.

Information We Do Not Collect

Cirvie SSH does not collect, sell, share, or transmit personal data to Cirvie or to third-party analytics or advertising services.

The app does not include ads, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or in-app purchases.

SSH Connection Information

When you use Cirvie SSH, you may enter server connection details such as host, port, username, password, private key reference, and command-line input. This information is used only on your device to create SSH connections to servers that you choose.

SSH credentials and terminal data are transmitted directly from your device to the SSH server you connect to. Cirvie SSH does not send this information to Cirvie-operated servers.

Local Storage

The app may store connection profile information locally on your device, such as host, port, username, authentication method, and selected private key URI. Passwords and private key passphrases are not saved by default.

Private keys are selected through Android's document picker and are read only when starting a connection.

Clipboard

If you use copy or paste features, the app may read from or write to the Android clipboard only when you choose those actions.

Permissions

Cirvie SSH uses internet access to connect to SSH servers selected by the user. The app does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, or SMS permissions.

Children

Cirvie SSH is not designed for children. It is intended for users who need to connect to SSH servers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at this same URL with a new "Last updated" date.
